DPC-5-1000 vacuum circuit breaker trolley handcart chassis truck for 1000mm switchgear

Chasis truck mainly used for switch equipment to install circuit breaker,transformer and other components,push and exit it,play a supplementary role in connecting the components with the busbar.

When chasis truck works with the internal mechanism of circuit breaker and other switchgear interlocking mechanism,can meet the interlock requirement of GB3906-five prevention.

Carts are available in two versions : DPC- 4 -800/1000 for circuit breakers up to 1600 A and interfacial distance to 210.275 mm. And DPC- 4 -1000 to switch from 2000A to 3150A , with an interfacial distance up to 275 mm. In trolley mounted auxiliary contacts its provisions (operating or control ) , as well as all the necessary locks . Bred to pull lock breaker racking included , as well as reed for interlocking with earthing . Depth racking 200,300 mm.

1.Can use any handcart electric shelves, shelves in the same space.

2.These cars are equipped with their own power management mode.DD – 3 has overload protection, installed in RZA compartments.

Specification:

1.Circuit breaker components, it can match with VSI, VBI,VSG etc.

2.Used in the swithgear, vacuum circuit breaker.

3.The pole distance is 275mm, and it is matched with the swith cabinet with the width of 1000mm.

4.It is Assembled with the lock plate completly.

Operation Process :

1.In closing state, when handcart in working or isolated position, and with handle operating, the handcart won’t move, so that to prevent to pull handcart on- load.

2.When handcart in working position, EK6 earthing switch can’t close, to avoid closing earthing switch

3 .When handcart back to isolated state, after EK6 closing, the handcart can’t be moved to working position to prevent closing with earthing wire.

4.Once handcart is away from isolated position, when push the hand cart with handle to working position, during the way, can’t carry on closing operation.While after reached to working position, closing operation can be made.

5.There are 2 auxiliary switches (code S8,S9) installed on handcart, contact’s rated current is 15A . S8 gets 5 pairs NC contact,to make signal of isolated position.When handcart is in isolated position, auxiliary switch S8 is in closing state, while in working position,S8 is in open state. S9 gets 5 pairs NO contact to make signal of working position.When handcart is in isolated position,S9 is in open state,while in working position,S9 is close state.

6.After handcart getting into cabinet, as long as handcart is not in isolated position, it can’t draw out from the cabinet.
