Important Features

The change of fully sealed transformer oil volume caused by temperature and load change will be adjusted by the elasticity of the corrugated oil tank completely. Oil do not contact with air, which prevents the invasion of the air and moisture. And this can prevent the aging of the insulating material and increase the reliability of the operation.
Fully sealed transformer do not contact with air. It brings no pollution to the environment, and no harm to human body health.
Maintenance workload of fully sealed transformer greatly reduced. Compared with the traditional transformer, it not only need not to replenishment, filtering, and change of transformer oil, but also need not to replacing hygroscopic silicone and reducing the oil of storage tank.
A new reliable positioning method is used in core and winding assembly and oil tank of transformer to ensure the transformer can be operated safely without hanging core after delivering to user. According to the different requirements of users, our company provides that oil cap can be welded with the tank closely or bolt with neoprene structure
Compared with S9 transformer, S11 transformer’s no-load loss decreased by more than 30%-40%, no-load current decreased by more than 70%-80%, load loss decreased by more than 5%-10%. It is obvious of energy saving effect. It is best choice for urban and rural power grid renovation product.
